Premium Reward Points are no longer being offered due to our imminent closure, however customers who have Premium Reward Points balances will be able to redeem them on their purchases.
Premium Reward Points earned can be redeemed on your future purchases. When you have a positive points balance on your account from previous purchases or rewards, you can redeem all or some of those points at the checkout to a maximum value of $25 discount when your cart total exceeds $50 value.
When you are in the checkout page, you will see a box to enter the number of points that you would like to redeem. The amount that you enter in there will be be applied as a discount, and the equivalent dollar value will be removed from the cart total.
On proceeding with the purchase the points used will be deducted from your account’s points total.
Your points total and records are accessible in your account page. You will see a Premium Reward Points entry in the left hand menu, clicking this will display your current total and the history of all additions and redemptions you have made over time.
When signed in, your current points total is displayed on the shop page as well as on the product pages.
From 1st June 2025, unused Premium Reward Points older than 12 months will expire. Please check your points status regularly to ensure that you use them before their expiry date. 30 days email notification will be provided prior to the expiry of points from 1st July 2025.
Premium Rewards Points may only be applied to purchases and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Only previously earned points can be redeemed on an order.
Some everyday discounted products are not eligible for Reward Points due to a significant discount already being applied eg, Addiction, Blackhawk, Acana, Orijen products. Excluded products will be identified on their product page.
The minimum cart total to allow the redemption of reward points is $50, and the maximum redemption per transaction is $25. ie 50% maximum discount.
Premium Petware reserves the right to alter the terms of the Premium Rewards System at its sole discretion, as and when it deems necessary, to maintain the viability of the system.
In the event of product returns or order cancellations, the points used or earned will be recalculated to reflect the final status of the order and will be restored or removed as appropriate.
